Staff Education
The Children’s Enrichment Center required all Lead Teachers to have a CDA, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Early
Childhood Development, Education or a related field of study.
Additional
Training Arkansas requires each
early childhood professional to take a minimum of 10 hour of training in the
field each year. HWCEC
requires a minimum of 30 hours of training per year. Our training sources

teacher is 3.6 years – many of our Lead Teachers have worked at the
Children’s Enrichment Center for 3 – 10 years The
Helen R. Walton Children’s Enrichment Center is a drug free worksite! ALL
employees are required to take a pre-employment drug test and random tests
after employment. The Center has
a no tolerance policy. |
