Extra Curricular Activities

 Tumble Bus

For an additional fee, children ages 3 to 5 have an opportunity to take gymnastics on the Tumble Bus.  Certified instructors teach the gymnastics program.  Tumble Bus is offered at the Enrichment Center on Tuesday mornings. The program costs $26 per month.  Information regarding the Tumble Bus program is available near the preschool entrance or call 273-3552.

Kim’s School of Dance

Children ages 3 to 5 have an opportunity to sign up for dance class.  An outside dance company teaches dance and movement at the Children’s Enrichment Center.  Recitals are held twice a year for family and friends to enjoy.

Dance classes are offered on Wednesday mornings.  The cost is $20 per month.  Information regarding the program is available at the preschool entrance or call 273-3552.

Kindermusik

Your child will develop an appreciation and enjoyment for music. The music class will help develop a child's coordination, motor skills, and rhythm.

Music lessons are offered  to children ages 3-5.  The fee is $110 for a ten week course.  Additional information regarding music classes please refer to the information board by the preschool entrance or call 273-3552.

Tutoring-For-Tots

The Walker Literacy Foundation provides one-on-one tutoring to provide your child with a literacy foundation. Children will develop pre-reading and writing skills with a focus on early reading instruction.

Classes are offered twice a week for the first three weeks of October, November, January, February, March and April. The fee is $150 per month for the six 30 minute classes. For additional information, please call 273-3552 or stop by the Front Desk.

Swim Lessons

With the park next door, the Children’s Enrichment Center is able to offer swimming lessons for our pre-kindergarten classes (ages 4 and 5).  The swim lessons are provided through the Red Cross and are taught be certified instructors.  A staff member from the Children’s Enrichment Center escorts the children to the pool and remains poolside until the lessons end.  For additional information, please contact the front desk or call 273-3552.
